Access to customer information is limited to Ratnadeep's Associates who need it in order to serve our customers or maintain our information systems. All Ratnadeep Associates are subject to our company Privacy Policy.

Vendors:

We may allow companies that we do business with to make available special offers and information to customers who might be interested in their products and services.  These companies never see customer's names and addresses; instead, they provide the information, and we coordinate the distribution of that information under the guidelines of the Direct Marketing Association.  We may also provide purchase information to vendors in aggregate form (i.e., customer non-specific) so that they can help us analyze and improve our service to you.
